05-07-18 Hidden Patterns in the Dorset Landscape
  With: Johnathon Harwood
The positions of churches in the South Dorset landscape, when connected together by drawn lines (church symbol to church symbol on the 1:25,000 scale map of South Dorset) reveal deliberate meaningful patterns. Jonathon will be describing and analysing these patterns. The hypothesis is explored that these patterns were created in the late Roman period and that, where parish churches now stand, there were once early Christian sacred sites. These probably functioned rather like Pagan temples, in which the rites and mysteries of the birth, sacred marriage, death and resurrection of the fertility gods were performed. These rites may have activated the lines of the geometry, thus 'conducting' the ensuing fertility to the land, its people and their livestock. That is one possibility. It is also possible that these patterns were created in order to preserve secrets that might otherwise have been lost

03-05-18 Mysteries of Wimborne
  With: Malcolm Angel
Wimborne Minster is steeped in the most surprising history. Both ancient and modern. It seeps from the very fabric of the place it is a town rightly described as a jewel in Dorsets crown and likened to a near perfect cathedral city in miniature. I wont argue with these analogies the words form a fine frame encompassing a complex bustling market town, built around its fine minster church a place of kings, queens, saints and miracles a key town in the ancient kingdom of Wessex dripping with history and extraordinary people who have shaped the modern world

05-04-18 Importance and History of Ancient Civilisations in Britain
  With: Nicholas Cope
His extensively illustrated presentation is based on many years of research for his book, 'The Knap of Howar and The Origins of Geometry'. The Knap of Howar is a remarkably well-preserved Neolithic 'dwelling' constructed about 3,500 BC on the remote Scottish island of Papa Westray, Orkney. Nicholas demonstrates that geometry informs the design of this crude building and describes this within a symbolic context. His talk of just over one hour encompasses wide-ranging ideas from Indian philosophical concepts to Renaissance paintings, always referring back to the inherent geometric symbolism seen at this exquisitely preserved site. The Knap of Howar is by consequence considered from a non-Darwinian perspective

02-11-17 Sacred Geometry of Britain. The Belinus Line
  With: Gary Biltcliffe
The Spine of Albion is the result of a 15-year quest to uncover Britains longest north / south axis called the Belinus Line, which connects six major cities including the ancient capitals of England and Scotland from the Isle of Wight at the base of England to Durness at the very tip of northern Scotland. Whilst researching this lesser known alignment, the authors discovered accompanying hidden pathways channelling a mysterious force that the ancient indigenous tribes around the world associated with a mythical creature called the dragon. Having a natural ability to detect these sinuous paths of energy in the land, the authors followed their route across the English and Scottish countryside and discovered they cross at many key places of power

See the County of Dorset and its interesting places from on high

07-09-17 Wonders of Yew
  With: Fred Hageneder
Fred has been researching trees since 1980, in conjunction with cultural history, mythology and comparative religion. Since 1999 Fred has written various ethnobotanical books about the cultural and spiritual history and meaning of trees. Perhaps no tree other than Taxus baccata L., the yew, has kept us guessing so much and for so long. First, there's the taxonomy. Being a 'conifer' that refrains from producing cones and instead lets a sweet succulent red aril develop around the seed. 'Baccata' means berry-like. The Yew is the oldest native tree species of Europe

03-08-17 How To Read Stonehenge. An After Sunrise Before-Sunset Guided Tour for the Discerning Visitor
  With: Colin Parker
Author Colin Parker has spent the last 30 years as an independent researcher of many disciplines. These include: archaeology, architecture, astronomy, Egyptology, quantum physics, religion, freemasonry, civil and mechanical engineering. Many years ago he began researching the adoption of ancient pre-history earthwork pagan sites by the early Christian churchmen, during the replacement of Paganism by Christianity in Britain. The first years were spent researching and measuring the solar-lunar orientation of pre-reformation Christian churches built within ancient pre-historic earthwork pagan sites, checking each individual site entrance and viewing horizon for possible solar-lunar orientation within the landscape. As this research progressed, he researched and measured each ancient pre-historic earthwork pagan site within the Stonehenge landscape. Perhaps their orientation and position could provide possible purposes for their construction. They were built by generations of people using antler picks and cattle shoulder blades as shovels who would never see these huge projects finished

06-07-17 The Sacred History
  With: Johnathan Black
The Sacred History is an account of the workings of the supernatural in history. It tells the epic story of angels, from Creation, to Evolution through to the operations of the supernatural in the modern world. This tale of how people and peoples have been helped by angels and other angelic beings is woven into a spellbinding narrative that brings together Krishna, Moses, Buddha, Elijah, Mary and
Jesus, Mohammed, Joan of Arc, the angels who helped Hungarian Jews persecuted by the Nazis, and stories from African, Native American and Celtic traditions. Told from the spiritual point of view, The Sacred History relates every betrayal, every change of heart, every twist and turn, everything that looks like a coincidence, every portent, every clue, every defeat, every rescue moments before
the prison door clangs shut. This is the angelic version of events

06-04-17 The Mysteries of Chartres Cathedral
  With: Sylvia Francke

Sylvia Francke, author of 'The Tree of Life and The Holy Grail.' Is an anthroposophist, member of the RILKO (Research Into Lost Knowledge Organisation) Council, and of the Francis Bacon Society Council Chartres Cathedral, standing on an ancient sacred site south west of Paris, represents the highest achievement in the flowering of Gothic architecture. Its orientation, close to midsummer sunrise, is in contrast to the north eastern orientation of most Christian churches and it has been a place of pilgrimage for thousands of years. The iconography in stone and stained glass presents us with the rich content of the Platonically inspired teachings of the School of Chartres which flourished between the tenth and the thirteenth centuries

02-03-17 The Runes
  With: Glen Lane
There is some, lets say, a variety of opinions to when the Runes came into practice, the oldest view is they are over 2,000 years old. The Runes themselves come from the Teutonic and Scandinavian spiritual traditions and the word Rune itself means mystery. The Runes have been used in casting for divination, communication in the form of writing, used in protection and healing charms. Each Rune itself is a shamanic guide, for in the Poetic Edda their coming into being was indeed a shamanic experience for Odin as detailed below from the Havamal of the Edda

01-12-16 Rennes le Chateau
  With: Andrew Gough

03-11-16 A Landscape Revealed
  With: Martin Green
The Down Farm Landscape (where Martin's family has farmed for generations) is one of the most carefully studied areas in Western Europe. Much of this work has been carried out by Martin himself - who in 1992 won the Pitt Rivers award for independent archaeology. He and his work (which has involved five universities and one of the major field units were recently featured in a BBC 2 'Meet the Ancestors' programme. The farm is part of Cranborne Chase, just south of Salisbury (where, coincidentally, the famous General Pitt Rivers began his pioneering work in the 1880s). It not only contains the Neolithic Dorset Cursus, numerous long barrows and Hambledon Hill, but over the last 30 years henges, shafts, plastered houses, land divisions, enclosures and cemeteries have been identified and excavated

06-10-16 Axis of Heaven
  With: Paul Broadhurst

Paul will unearth the hidden knowledge that inspired many famous historical figures. The cast of those who linked themselves to this ancient tradition includes the Normans, Plantagenets and Tudors, whose favourite royal palace stood at Greenwich. Queen Elizabeth's court mathematician, astronomer and astrologer Dr John Dee was a leading expert on maps and meridians and one of the prime movers in a great age of discovery.

The Stuarts, who were immersed in the old mystical lore of Britain, built the Queen’s House and Royal Observatory to mark the Axis and initiate a new era of scientific endeavour. Others, from Saxon kings and early astronomical pioneers who mapped the heavens, to Sir Christopher Wren, a Grand Master Freemason, who built the observatory and helped establish Greenwich as a centre of astronomical and scientific excellence, also knew of its symbolic power and ancient connection with the stars

04-08-16 The Vortex Theory
  With: David Ash

The Vortex Theory originating from ancient Yogic Philosophy provides an account of subatomic particles, as spherical vortices of energy, which explains the properties of matter such as inertia, mass and three dimensional extension. Extending vortex energy also sets up the force fields including electric charge, magnetism and gravity. It also accounts for curved space. Einsteins theory of gravity and the quantum mechanical account for forces are contested. The vortex theory can also explain high energy physics, matter and antimatter, nuclear energy, the strong nuclear force, wave particle duality and many other properties of matter. It rewrites quantum theory. The vortex theory replaces quark theory and quantum mechanics with a far simpler model of quantum reality and opens the door to the possibility of dimensions of reality beyond the speed of light.

The Yogic perception of the vortex of energy, offering an all embracing view of the Universe, was first presented from the historic rostrum of Michael Faraday at the Royal Institution of Great Britain on January 15th 1975 and published twenty years later. In the 1995 publication the effect known as dark energy published by Saul Perlmutter in 1997, was predicted. The Vortex theory, is validated according to the scientific method. It is a sound scientific theory

12-05-16 The Perpetual Choirs and the Decagon
  With: Trish Mills

The Interconnectedness of All Things - From the Perpetual Choirs of Britain to the present day' was written by John Gibson-Forty. Unfortunately, John had a massive stroke shortly after publication, and as his publisher, Trish Mills has been doing talks on his behalf.
In a nutshell, the Perpetual Choirs were three choirs, probably comprised of early monks, saints or Druids, who maintained ceaseless chanting on a rolling rota basis, 24/7, for the ongoing enchantment of Britain. Their area of influence dowsed as being a ten-sided Decagon centred on Whiteleaved Oak and Ragged Stone Hill in the Malvern Hills.

During his research, John inadvertently discovered that energy lines are constantly increasing and decreasing in width. He eventually figured out why, and Trish reveals the secret to the mystery. Trish, Chairman of Slimbridge Dowsing Group, has presented this talk many times; the Hundredth Monkey effect has kicked in (tipping point) and today folks are singing the lines annually, worldwide in the hope of bringing back some of the enchantment

07-04-16 Hartmann and Curry Grids
  With: Steve Dawson
Our planet earth is surrounded by a highly complex grid of energy lines, rather like a hair net. Actually, it’s more accurate to say two grids, the Hartmann and Curry Lines. Steve Dawson, an ex-military diver and now a dowser will talk about their discovery by two German doctors, and also how these lines affect the landscape and the creatures upon it

03-03-16 The Crop Circle Mysteries
  With: Andy Thomas
With stunning visuals, Andy explores the extraordinary phenomenon of crop circles, the intricate shapes which appear in fields around the world each summer and still defy total explanation despite media scepticism and much debate. This lively and inspiring presentation explains the fascinating history of the mysterious patterns up to the present and explores how both the designs and some of the intriguing and imaginative theories concerning them have developed over the years

04-02-16 The Hidden Hive of History
  With: Andrew Gough
Andrew Gough is a writer, television presenter and enthusiast of ancient lands, mysteries and traditions. His presentation, 'The Hidden Hive of History', will examine the lost tradition of what he believes to be the most deified god or goddess that has ever existed; the honeybee - the forgotten god of the ancients. Andrew will graphically chronicle a sacred tradition that his research suggests has existed for over 100 million years. In the process, he will reveal how an awareness of the veneration of the honeybee brings new insight into enigmas such as Atlantis, the Labyrinth of Knossos, the Sphinx, Goddess Worship, the Grail, the birth of Religion, Politics, Illuminati, and much more

07-01-16 Beating the Bounds
  With: Geraldine Beskin
The Parish boundaries are walked, driven, ridden and sailed over every year as they are still an important way of defining areas. The Church should get them done before Easter but nowadays they are marked whenever people are free and it makes for a good day out. Property developers are not particularly known for their historical awareness but the Parish records can throw up useful covenants and restrictions to halt demolition sometimes and it is fun to find out why somewhere is called what it is. I think I have found beating the bounds to be a very clear pre-Christian survival that is thriving today

03-12-15 the Evolution of Ancient Druidry
  With: Dennis Andrew
The talk will start with the decline of Ancient Druidry under Roman rule in the first century CE and the reasons for its suppression. Jumping forward over 1700 years it will explain the beginnings of the modern revival of interest in Druidry and chart its development from a philosophy to its evolution into the diverse faith it is today. Hopefully it will address a lot of the myths and misconceptions about modern Druidry and explain what we see as our role in modern society

05-11-15 Knowlton Henge and its Shamanic Landscape Interactions
  With: Glenn Lane

06-08-15 Ley Lines, Templars and Destiny Amid Our England Landscape
  With: Mark Herbert
Is it possible for soul relationships to be expressed as precise geometrical alignments along etheric pathways over Earth’s surface? Is it also feasible that the same soul associations can be depicted in sacred geometry upon the celestial sphere? What could any of these novel philosophies have to do with Midsummer’s Day, or the “Cross of Light” or the Knights Templar? An illustrated presentation covering the comprehensive observations, insights and analyses of Mark Herbert – Earth Sensitive, Ley-man and Astrosopher, making a strong true life case for the pre-natal intelligence of the soul and its post-natal spiritual guidance

02-07-15 Rennes Le Chateau - Tree of Life
  With: Sylvia Francke

04-06-15 Divining Sacred Sites
  With: Maria Wheatley
Past civilizations recognized that the Earth emits harmonic energy and ancient sites mark these special locations. Millennia ago, earth energies and leys were skillfully integrated into stone circles, pyramids, ancient walled cities, Druid and Native American ceremonial enclosures, and this form of spiritual architecture, known to the Templars and the Masonic Brotherhood can be traced back to Atlantis
